Intense shoulder workout on a rainy Saturday. I started using a new app for logging. So far so good.

Shoulder Press (Dumbbell)
Set 1: 16 kg x 20 [Warm-up]
Set 2: 26 kg x 17
Set 3: 38 kg x 9 [Failure]
Set 4: 34 kg x 11
Set 5: 34 kg x 8

Chest Supported Reverse Fly (Dumbbell)
Set 1: 16 kg x 18
Set 2: 16 kg x 18
Set 3: 16 kg x 16

Lateral Raise (Dumbbell)
Set 1: 9 kg x 6
Set 2: 9 kg x 6
Set 3: 9 kg x 6
