Basic-Fit Chest on Friday, February 14, 2025

Today’s early morning workout started a little weak. I didn’t warm up enough and had a slight shoulder pain in my left shoulder. Eventually I managed to bring up the volume and got a great pump and excellent focus by the end of the session.
No PR this time but it was still a great success turning a mediocre start into something really satisfying.
