This was a powerful workout at my old gym which was recently renewed and we have brand new TechnoGym machines here. I’m glad we switched to Jims again. 4 personal records this time.

Shoulder Press (Dumbbell)
Set 1: 14 kg x 20 [Warm-up]
Set 2: 40 kg x 9
Set 3: 40 kg x 9
Set 4: 40 kg x 5
Set 5: 34 kg x 8

Chest Supported Reverse Fly (Dumbbell)
Set 1: 18 kg x 20
Set 2: 20 kg x 16
Set 3: 20 kg x 16

Lateral Raise (Dumbbell)
Set 1: 10 kg x 8
Set 2: 10 kg x 6
Set 3: 10 kg x 6
