Great chest workout with one personal record. I really pushed myself with this one. A set of 11 reps of 44kg dumbbell bench presses.

Bench Press (Dumbbell)
Set 1: 12 kg x 20 [Warm-up]
Set 2: 20 kg x 16 [Warm-up]
Set 3: 44 kg x 11
Set 4: 44 kg x 8
Set 5: 38 kg x 9

Iron Cross (Cable)
Set 1: 17.5 kg x 14
Set 2: 20 kg x 10
Set 3: 20 kg x 10

Cable Fly Crossovers
Set 1: 20 kg x 10
Set 2: 20 kg x 10
Set 3: 20 kg x 10

Low Cable Fly Crossovers
Set 1: 17.25 kg x 12
Set 2: 17.25 kg x 12
