Unlike most days, we went to the gym after work. I used no straps for this back workout but even so I managed to achieve a personal record.

Lat Pulldown – Close Grip (Cable)
Set 1: 45 kg x 20
Set 2: 73 kg x 12
Set 3: 107 kg x 12
Set 4: 93 kg x 12
Set 5: 93 kg x 10

Seated Cable Row – V Grip (Cable)
Set 1: 100 kg x 12
Set 2: 100 kg x 11
Set 3: 100 kg x 9
Set 4: 100 kg x 10

Back Extension (Weighted Hyperextension)
Set 1: 20 kg x 16
Set 2: 20 kg x 16
Set 3: 20 kg x 16
