Basic-Fit Shoulders on Thursday, Feb 27, 2025

This was a really good early morning workout. I broke five personal records. I did a thorough warm-up and I cannot stress enough how important it is. 
Shoulder Press (Dumbbell)

Set 5: 34 kg x 9
Chest Supported Reverse Fly (Dumbbell)
Set 1: 18 kg x 16
Set 2: 18 kg x 16
Set 3: 18 kg x 14
Lateral Raise (Dumbbell)
Set 1: 9 kg x 7
Set 2: 9 kg x 6
Set 3: 6 kg x 6
