This was a super fast intense early morning workout. Normally, I work out before work and I missed the train I normally take. I had 20 minutes less time, but I made up for it with intensity. I push myself really hard.

QW Bulgarian Split Squat

HM Lying Leg Curl

Set 3: 69 kg × 12
